Yes! All of our units are cleaned thoroughly. We are committed to making sure that your children are playing in a clean, well maintained, and safe environment. After each rental, every unit is thoroughly cleaned by commercial vinyl cleaners, disinfected, and sanitized. Once the unit is clean, it will be inspected to ensure cleanliness.
All of our units are made from 100% lead free vinyl. Safety is not an option, it’s a REQUIREMENT, and the safety of your children is our #1 priority.
Everything! Our units are a perfect addition to any party, event, or celebration. You can find one of our vast selection of bouncers, water slides, and interactive units at occasions including but not limited to: birthday parties, church festivals, charity events, corporate events, company picnics, school field days, grand openings, family reunions, Vacation Bible Schools, summer camps, and much more!
Under no circumstances should water be used with any inflatable that is not designed for such use. However, there are inflatables designed for use with water. We will be glad to let you know what water units are available for you to rent for your event. We do provide a water hose (25ft long) if inflatable is further please have a water hose present.
Our inflatables can be set up on grass, cement, concrete, asphalt, or even indoors with a different anchoring system available for every possible combination. When placing your reservation, please let us know on what type of terrain your rental will be installed. Inflatables that are setup on grass are anchored with long steel stakes, while inflatables that are setup on other surfaces or indoors are anchored with sandbags.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
We are fully licensed, insured, and safety certified.
Our equipment is inspected annually by VA Inspections Department and WV Division of Labor. This means we are authorized to setup for residential parties as well as large events, and our inflatables are deemed safe to operate by the state. Did you know?? If a company sets up their equipment and has not had the equipment inspected, state law can require them to shut down their operation, even during an event. With us, you don’t have to worry about that!
If your event will be for public use or at a public park, a permit may be required. Please let us know so we can reach out to the proper agency ahead of time.
We require agreement and understanding that the inflatable, while inflated, will always have adult supervision and that the rules will be enforced and followed.
There must be space suitable to put the bouncy house/waterslide: level or semi-level ground; inflatable has enough clearance from trees, house, lines, etc.; ground is clear of any debris (such as limbs, rocks, sharp objects, etc.) that may puncture or damage inflatable or cause injury to a rider.
A power source or generator is required within 100 feet of where the bouncy will be setup. If no electrical outlet is within 100 feet, please choose a generator at checkout.
A water hose to use with water slides is needed. (note: water slides come with a small water hose that needs to be connected to your water hose, we can bring one if it is selected at checkout. The water spigot needs to be within 100 feet as well.
Please allow us a few extra minutes at the time of pick up so we may clean the bouncy. We always do a preliminary cleaning at pickup to help ensure our units stay in great condition. We take great pride in having spectacularly clean inflatables. The ability for us to clean the inflatables on-site allows us to keep our prices lower. We ask that you please keep the bouncy inflated for us. It typically takes 15-20 minutes for a preliminary cleaning.
We recommend that dry use units be setup in a partly shady area to help avoid the vinyl from getting hot to the touch.
We also ask that the smaller children not be on the inflatable while the big kids are having their fun, for safety reasons. If necessary, we recommend an adult break up the bounce time per the different ages or consider renting multiple inflatables for your party.
We know that unexpected situations do happen, but we ask that you give us at least 7 days notice for cancellations so we may rent the bouncy to another party.
We accept cash, checks, and credit cards for payment. Payment in full is due on or before delivery.
Please note, we offer free local delivery but there may be a small delivery fee for areas outside of a 15 mile radius of our warehouse in Winchester, VA.
WHAT TO EXPECT:
We will contact you 24-48 hours prior to your event via phone or email to setup delivery times once our delivery route is planned.
We will arrive for your designated delivery on time! Please have the setup area clear of obstacles and animal waste.
Please point our crew to the location of where you would like the bouncy setup as well as where the power source and spigot is located if applicable.
FOR PICKUP: We ask that you please leave the bouncy inflated so that we may clean and inspect before we roll and remove it.
